Southern LINCS and all Regional Technology Centers (RTCs)
adhere to a uniform standard NIFL template when designing
a web site. Adherence to the template presents users with
a seamless, clear, and uncomplicated information and communication
system across the NIFL network. Another benefit of the template
is the connection to a national network with national recognition.
State partners are encouraged to adapt as much of the template
as possible to continue the seamless system and benefit from
the national identity.
