Southern LINCS Regional Technology Center works with Partners
to provide publishing of their locally produced material on
the web. This service includes server space and cataloging
into the LINCS resources database.
The Regional Technology Center web sites are hosted on a Sun
Microsystems Ultra 10 server and provides Partners with up
30 MB of disk space and unlimited download bandwith at no
cost to the partner. The files are protected by a GFS backup
rotation system, and a daily partial backup of all new or
updated files, as well as a weekly full backup.
Partners who chose to deploy web sites on our server may also
take
advantage of the WebTrends web
log analysis package. |
